Include the email address or phone number connected to your Coolcard account and the relevant order or withdrawal ID. Do not send your password, login verification code, or payment password.
Gift card order questions
For order questions, include the order ID, card category, submission time, and a clear description of the issue. Do not resubmit the same card unless support specifically instructs you to do so.
Payout and withdrawal questions
Include the withdrawal ID, amount, requested payout account, and request time. Processing times may vary due to banking networks, risk review, payment providers, maintenance, or compliance checks.
Account security
If you believe someone accessed your account without permission, contact support immediately. Change your password where available and do not share any verification code with another person.
Privacy and account deletion
Review the Privacy Policy, Privacy Choices, and Delete Account pages. Account deletion should also be initiated from inside the Coolcard app where available.
