Delete your Coolcard account.

Users can initiate account deletion inside the Coolcard app. This page also explains the process and provides an official support route.

Important: Deleting the mobile app from your device does not delete your Coolcard account.

Initiate deletion in the app

Open Coolcard and sign in.

Use the account you want to delete.

Open Profile or Settings.

Select the account and security section.

Select Delete Account.

Review the consequences and complete any required identity or security verification.

Confirm the request.

Follow the confirmation instructions shown in the app.

Unable to access the app?

Email coolcard@coolcarding.com with the subject Coolcard Account Deletion Request. Send the request from the email address connected to your account where possible. We may request reasonable verification before processing the deletion.

What deletion affects

Account deletion may remove or disable access to account login, profile information, wallet visibility, saved payout details, referral rewards, VIP benefits, support history, order history access, and withdrawal history access.

Records we may retain

Some transaction, order, payment, withdrawal, support, fraud-prevention, and security records may be retained where required or permitted for legal, accounting, compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or platform protection purposes.
